UE has partnered with Deaconess Health System to offer discounted tickets to next week’s Coaches vs. Cancer games at the Ford Center and also give to charities.
Deaconess will donate $1 to charity for every ticket scanned at UE’s three Coaches vs. Cancer home games Nov. 15-17. Additionally, discounted tickets — $8 for adults, $5 for youth and $5 for upper-bowl seating — can be purchased starting Thursday at the Carson Center by mentioning one of the three participating charities: the American Cancer Society, TOUCH Inc. and Gilda’s Club Evansville.
Money goes toward a different charity at each of the three games – the American Cancer Society for Thursday’s game vs. Buffalo, TOUCH Inc. for Friday’s game vs. Yale and Gilda’s Club Evansville for Saturday’s game vs. Western Illinois.
Five hundred t-shirts will also be given away at each game as Deaconess accepts more donations.
This ticket deal goes along with another announced by the university that offers a Marty Simmons bobblehead with access to all Coaches vs. Cancer games at the Ford Center.
