UE-Notre Dame opener to air on ESPN3.com; more game times listed

The University of Evansville’s regular-season men’s basketball opener Nov. 10 against Notre Dame, part of the Coaches vs. Cancer Classic, will air on ESPN3.com, according to the Irish’s schedule. Game time is still TBA.

ESPN3.com is available locally to Insight and WOW! cable customers.

Other announced broadcasts include Missouri Valley Conference TV dates Jan. 5 against Southern Illinois, Jan. 19 against Indiana State and Jan. 26 against Illinois State. The Aces’ Feb. 10 game with Drake will air on ESPNU or ESPN3, and their Feb. 16 matchup against Creighton is slated for ESPNU.

The university hasn’t yet announced its online AcesTV broadcast schedule for winter sports.

UE’s Sears BracketBusters road game Feb. 22 (opponent TBA) could be aired as well as its Dec. 8 matchup against Murray State. The Racers have their own TV network that’s often syndicated to ESPN3.com.

Additionally, UE has updated its men’s basketball schedule to include a few game times, both non-conference and in Missouri Valley Conference play.

The Aces play at Colorado State as part of the MVC-Mountain West Challenge at 3:30 p.m. Dec. 1 in a game not selected for TV. Evansville also plays at Butler at 1 p.m. Dec. 22 and opens MVC play on the road against Creighton at 7:05 p.m. Dec. 29.

All other road conference game times are listed. UE hasn’t announced any home tipoff times.
