Though the Evansville men’s basketball schedule hasn’t been finalized yet, at least one opponent is certain.
The Aces will travel to Bloomington, Ind. on November 26 to face Indiana as a part of the non-conferenec slate. The game is a part of a four-game holiday ticket package the Hoosiers are offering, which includes games against Nicholls State (December 20), Kennesaw State (December 22), and Michigan State (January 4).
“I like the Holiday Break lineup we have with Evansville and Michigan State as part of the package,” said Indiana head coach Tom Crean. “I hope fans jump on those tickets because the feel in the building is unbelievable when you have so many fans who don’t normally get to attend an IU game.”
The game will be a tough test for the Aces, as the Hoosiers are the reigning Big Ten Champions and are coming off a Sweet Sixteen appearance. Indiana returns eight players from last year’s squad while bringing in another nationally-ranked recruiting class.
Fans can purchase the four-game ticket package (that includes the Evansville game) through the IU Athletics Ticket Office.
