–The men’s soccer team got in the win column in the MVC on Saturday with a win against Loyola. After going down 1-0 and 2-1 early in each half, the Aces scored four unanswered goals in the second half to win, 5-2. Five different players scored for the Aces in their big conference road win.
–The women’s soccer team kept its unbeaten streak alive with a draw Saturday night. UE battled Missouri State for 110 minutes, but great defense by each team resulted in a 0-0 2OT draw. The Aces got the better of the Bears on offense, doubling their shots in the match.

–Rachel TenHoor set a school record in last night’s volleyball match against Drake. The Aces got their second conference win of the season behind TenHoor’s .737 attacking percentage surpassed the previous record of .727, and the senior tallied 14 kills in 19 attempts without an error. Evansville got its first MVC sweep of the season with a 3-0 win over the Bulldogs.
–The women’s tennis team wrapped up the Eastern Kentucky Invitational yesterday with some good results. Marketa Trousilova led the Aces as she won all three of her matches, including her doubles match with Natasha James. Kelsey Costales also won her two matches, and Mina Milovic went 3-1 on the day.
–The men’s and women’s swimming and diving teams opened competition with a dual meet against Southern Illinois. The Salukis won both the men’s and women’s meets, but the Aces had their fair share of first place finishers.
