–The women’s golf team is out on its final round of the Redbird Invitational today. Yesterday, freshman Kayla Katterhenry was Evansville’s top scorer after the first round, as she was tied for fifth after 36 holes — just three strokes off the lead.

–The women’s soccer team played Saint Louis to a draw yesterday, 1-1. After the Billikens took the lead within the first 10 minutes, senior Stephanie Thompson tied the game with her goal.

–The men’s soccer team dropped its final match of the Bearcat Soccer Classic yesterday, losing to Cincinnati, 2-0. Sophomore Faik Hajderovic and freshman Jared Robinson were named to the all-tournament team.

–From around the MVC: D.J. Bowles, the freshman basketball player from Wichita State, has been released from the hospital today, nearly a week after he collapsed during practice.
